1. Carry out field surveys and gather data from multiple commercial properties across Gurgaon.
2. Gather data on newly available existing properties, transactions, tenants, Property Managers in the market new development.
3. Coordinate between Transaction Managers Representatives of Properties.
4. Gather market intelligence.
5. Researching legal documents, land titles and survey records to get information about the size of a property.
Essential Requirement for fitment
- Previous surveyor experience with brokers/IPCs.
- Existing relationships with developers is preferred.
- Data collection experience through field surveys and calling is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel, should be street smart.
- Should have a good understanding of the real estate terminologies.
- Should be handy with MS Excel to manage data and reports.
- Should have positive communication and networking skills.
