Commercial Executive | HVAC Industry

Location: Chennai & Navi Mumbai

About the Role

We are hiring a Commercial Executive to manage billing, project costing, invoicing, and commercial accounting activities across project and service operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial processes, GST invoicing, and ERP systems (SAP SD / SAP Commercial processes)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project and service-related billing, accounting, and commercial operations.
- Prepare and verify GST invoices, e-invoices, and customer billing documents against POs, AMCs, and measurement sheets.
- Handle project-wise costing, inventory records, material consumption, and WIP valuation.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and ageing reports.
- Prepare monthly MIS and Excel-based reports for branches and cost centres.
- Maintain AMC billing records and coordinate invoice submissions and acknowledgements.
- Ensure accurate billing for SEZ transactions, including zero-rated tax documentation and endorsements.





Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Billing, Project Accounting, or Logistics/Commercial Operations.
- Experience in SAP SD / SAP Commercial processes mandatory
- Robust knowledge of GST invoicing, e-invoicing, project costing, and Excel.
- Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, engineering, or project-based industries will be an advantage.
