Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Executive role based in Odisha, India.

The Commercial

Executive will manage day-to-day commercial activities, including handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating contracts, and supporting pricing and negotiation processes. The role involves maintaining regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients, ensuring timely responses, and tracking commercial commitments.

Executive will collaborate with technical and operations teams to align commercial proposals with laboratory and environmental services, and assist in documentation related to orders, invoices, and regulatory requirements. The position also requires maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting market development initiatives, and contributing to sales reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess commercial and commercial management skills, including basic understanding of pricing, contracts, and business terms.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs.
- Candidates should possess effective following up skills to manage leads, track commitments, and ensure timely closure of commercial activities.
- Relevant experience in laboratory services, environmental solutions, or industrial consulting is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis, along with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Odisha and familiarity with environmental regulations and industrial sectors is an advantage.
