Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially sound professional to manage dealer and distributor commercial operations, including receivables, dealer settlements, commission reimbursement, commercial clearances, schemes, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Review Debtors Ageing Reports and coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams for timely collection of outstanding payments.

- Manage and process quarterly reimbursement of distributor commissions and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

- Analyse New Dealer Appointment Documents and coordinate for commercial clearance as per company policies.

- Facilitate Full &
- Final Settlement (F&F;)

of dealers and distributors, including reconciliation of outstanding balances.

- Review and coordinate legal cases related to dealers, distributors, outstanding payments, and commercial matters.

- Prepare and issue Demand Notices for Late Payment in coordination with the concerned departments and management.

- Evaluate and analyse monthly and quarterly dealer schemes, incentives, and commercial perks.

- Prepare, analyse, and maintain various commercial and dealer/distributor reports for management review.

- Monitor dealer and distributor accounts, outstanding payments, credit limits, schemes, commissions, and settlements.

- Manage and maintain the Dealer &

, ensuring proper records and commercial compliance.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Finance, Legal, and Management for resolution of dealer/distributor-related issues.

- Verify dealer/distributor documents, agreements, payment records, claims, and commercial transactions.

- Identify discrepancies in dealer accounts and coordinate corrective actions.

- Support management in analysing dealer performance, outstanding exposure, credit risk,



and commercial profitability.

- Maintain proper records of dealer/distributor agreements, settlements, schemes, claims, and legal correspondence.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial procedures while handling dealer and distributor transactions.

Required Skills &

- Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Dealer &
- Distributor Management

- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable, Debtors Ageing, and Collections.

- Experience in commercial operations and dealer settlements.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

- Experience with ERP systems;

experience in steel industry ERP will be an advantage.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to handle commercial documentation and confidential information.

- Basic understanding of legal notices, payment recovery, and commercial disputes.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Qualification &

- Experience

- Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 38 years of relevant experience in Dealer/Distributor Management, Commercial, Sales Coordination, Accounts Receivable, or Commercial Operations.

- Experience in the Steel / TMT / Building Material industry will be preferred.
