Job Responsibility
Ecom-B2B Financial Operations
- Prepare the inward and outward tracker.
- Prepare the price debit note tracker.
- Forward unauthorized debits, excluding returns, to the channel head for resolution.
- Handle credit note workings.
- Generate payment advice.
- Clear customer account line items.
- Reconcile receivables with respective chain accounts.
- Lead reconciliation finalization discussions with the sales team and chain.
- Consolidate primary billing.
- Prepare debtor ageing.
- Follow up on receivables
Ecom-B2C Operations
- Prepare the order-wise receivable tracker.
- Create payment advice for accounting purposes.
- Escalate unauthorized debits, excluding returns, to the sales team for resolution.
- Validate commission workings and enable invoice accounting.
- Manage SPF claim raising.
- Develop the SPF tracker.
- Verify SPF updates in SAP.
- Follow up on receivables.
- Prepare reconciliations.
- Lead reconciliation finalization discussions with the sales team and chain.
Work Experience
Education: BCom/BBA/MBA
Total Experience: 3+ years
Domain Expertise: E-commerce reconciliations and accounts receivable experience
