This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with leading artists while gaining hands-on experience in comedy, live events, venue operations and artist management.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Comedy Club Manager who can take complete ownership of the club’s daily operations, event execution and sales.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every show runs smoothly—from coordinating with artists and managing the venue to delivering an excellent audience experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the comedy club
- Plan and execute stand-up comedy shows, open mics, solo shows and recording events
- Coordinate with comedians, artist managers, production teams and internal departments
- Manage artist hospitality, green room requirements and show-day schedules
- Supervise ticketing, audience entry, seating and front-desk operations
- Ensure every event begins on time and runs smoothly




- Maintain venue cleanliness, equipment readiness and overall presentation
- Manage club staff, vendors and event support teams
- Handle customer queries and resolve show-day concerns professionally
- Track daily sales, expenses, cash collections and digital payments
- Prepare and share daily closing and event reports
- Sell recording and video-editing services to artists
- Pitch and sell solo-show packages and venue rentals
- Build strong relationships with comedians and encourage repeat bookings
- Take complete ownership of the club’s performance, revenue and customer experience

Who We Are Looking For
- Someone genuinely excited about comedy, live events and the entertainment industry
- A responsible person who can independently manage an entire venue
- Strong communication, sales and people-management skills
- Comfortable interacting with artists, audiences, vendors and team members
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a rapid-paced environment
- Willing to work during evenings, weekends and event hours
- Organised, proactive and capable of solving problems quickly
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, venue management or entertainment will be an advantage
