Job Summary The ERP Implementation Executive is responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting software solutions for clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, customizing the product, ensuring smooth onboarding, training users, and resolving technical issues during implementation. The candidate should have solid technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage ERP implementation projects in colleges/institutions
- Understand institutional requirements and map them to ERP functionalities
- Configure, deploy, and support ERP systems




- Conduct training sessions for faculty, staff, and administrators
- Ensure smooth data migration, system integration, and user adoption
- Handle all inputs and outputs related to ERP implementation processes
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

· Travel across India for training, deployments, and client interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience in software implementation, ERP deployment, IT support, or technical coordination preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in College ERP implementation, preferably in the education/EdTech sector
- Hands-on experience with college/university ERP systems
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows, modules, and reporting
- Excellent training and communication skills
- Familiarity with student lifecycle management, admissions, academics, finance, and HR modules
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

NOTE- "EdTech background is mandatory" Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
