Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collections Representative role based in the Pune Division.

The Collections

Representative will contact customers and clients to recover outstanding payments, negotiate payment plans, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, updating account information, documenting interactions, and coordinating with internal finance and operations teams to resolve issues. The role involves reviewing customer accounts, clarifying balances, answering questions about payment options, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

The Collections

Representative will also contribute feedback to improve collection strategies and support a respectful, customer-centric approach to debt recovery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, including negotiation and follow-up capabilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a target-driven environment.
