We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Manager to lead and manage our collections operations in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the overall collections process
- Lead, motivate and manage the collection team
- Set and achieve monthly collection targets
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports
- Implement strategies to improve recovery and collection efficiency
- Ensure proper process and compliance adherence
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in collections/recovery
• Prior experience in telecalling/digital lending collections will be preferred
- Robust team management and leadership skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and analytical approach
- Candidates with experience managing a large collection team will be preferred
