Visit the delinquent customers to collect the overdue payments.

2: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

Follow-up and persuade clients to pay past-due amounts diligently.

Submit report of amount collected from keep it up to date.

Follow all business policies and processes, as well as RBI norms defined for collection executive.

While collecting money, deal with customers professionally.

4: Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position).

Visit all customers allocated for the month for overdue collections.





Provide a proper receipt to customer of payments collected.

Ensure full E.M.I/overdue amount is collected to prevent customer to flow in next bucket.

Identify fraud and report it to reporting officer.

Use proper available channels to track down skipped and absconded consumers.

Must ensure that all field collection actions, like as visits and phone calls, are carried out in accordance with the RBI's guidelines for overdue collections.
