Key Responsibilities Contact customers regarding pending payments. Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels. Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries. Maintain accurate collection and follow-up records. Achieve daily/monthly collection targets. Coordinate with the internal team for payment-related issues.
Requirements Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates should be target-oriented and comfortable with calling.
