Collection Field Executive TW/3W

Department: Collections

Business: Two-Wheeler & Three-Wheeler Finance

Experience: 1+ year in field collection/recovery preferred

Location: Tezpur

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to customers for collection of overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers through regular calls and personal visits regarding outstanding dues.
- Ensure timely collection of EMI/overdue amounts as per company policies.
- Handle assigned collection bucket and achieve monthly collection targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with delinquent customers and identify reasons for payment delays.
- Negotiate with customers for payment commitments and ensure promised payments are received.
- Update collection status, customer interactions, and payment commitments in the system.
- Coordinate with the Branch/Collection Manager regarding difficult or high-risk accounts.




- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company collection processes and compliance guidelines.
- Build skilled relationships with customers while handling collection-related concerns.
- Identify potential risks and escalate cases requiring further action.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in field collection/recovery preferred.
- Experience in Two-Wheeler/Three-Wheeler finance collections will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and collection applications.
- Ability to work under targets and handle field responsibilities independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred/required as per company policy.
