Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Supervisor to lead and monitor our collection team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, supervising field executives, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate collection records.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the collection team.

- Set and monitor individual and team collection targets.

- Track overdue accounts and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

- Guide collection executives on effective customer communication and field collection practices.

- Monitor daily collection reports and team performance.

- Conduct regular field visits when required.

- Handle escalated customer/payment issues professionally.





- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports.

- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding outstanding accounts.

- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and collection efficiency.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in collections, recovery, field operations, or a similar role.

- Previous experience in a supervisory/team-lead position preferred.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong follow-up and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
