Job Title: Collection Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Collection Team Leader to manage field collection activities and lead a team in Bhagalpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise field collection activities.
- Lead, guide, and monitor collection executives.
- Plan and allocate daily field activities.
- Monitor team performance and daily collection updates.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Handle field-level issues and support team members when required.
- Prepare and maintain daily collection reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding collection performance and field operations.
- Train and motivate team members for better productivity.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Field Collection is mandatory.
- Previous team handling/team management experience will be an added advantage.




- Candidate must be local to Bhagalpur.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage field operations and a team effectively.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in finance, loan collection, recovery, or field collection operations will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Extra Incentive based on their performance

Location: Bhagalpur, Bihar

Experience: 2–5 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
