Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Industry: Gold Loan / NBFC

Key Responsibilities

- Manage collection activities for Gold Loan accounts
- Follow up with customers for timely repayments
- Handle overdue accounts and maintain collection efficiency
- Visit customers when required for field collections
- Maintain accurate collection records and reports
- Build professional relationships with customers
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies

Requirements

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience with a Gold Loan company

✅ Experience in collections/field collections preferred

✅ Good communication and negotiation skills

✅ Knowledge of local areas in Kolkata preferred

✅ Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
