Role & responsibilities

1. Visit customers at their registered/residential locations for collection follow-ups.

2. Ensure timely recovery of pending EMIs and overdue payments.

3. Communicate outstanding amounts and repayment details clearly to customers.

4. Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns.

5. Follow up regularly with customers until dues are cleared.

6. Maintain accurate records of visits, follow-ups, commitments, and collections.

7. Coordinate with internal teams for payment reconciliation and issue resolution.

8. Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.

9. Follow company guidelines and maintain skilled conduct during customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 1+ year of experience in field collections/recovery preferred.

2. Experience in BFSI, fintech, lending, gold loans, NBFCs, or consumer finance is an advantage.

3. Good communication and negotiation skills.

4. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

5. Ability to travel within the assigned area.

6. Knowledge of the local language is preferred.

7. Basic smartphone/app and MS Excel knowledge.
