Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive role based in Anand.

The Collection

Executive will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, following up with customers through phone calls and in-person visits, and ensuring timely recovery of installments while maintaining professional and respectful interactions. The role includes maintaining accurate records of collection activities, updating customer payment status in internal systems, and preparing regular reports for the supervisory team.

Executive will coordinate with branch staff and other departments to resolve customer queries, negotiate payment plans where appropriate, and adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical collection practices.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in collections, recovery, or field operations in NBFCs, banks, or other financial institutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Basic proficiency with computers and mobile applications for data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting.
- Knowledge of loan products, EMI structures, and standard collection procedures in the asset finance domain.
- Ability to work in the field, travel locally as required, and manage time and routes efficiently.
- Minimum educational background of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Integrity, reliability, and a strong focus on compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
- Comfort working in an on-site workplace in Anand and collaborating with branch and regional teams.
