Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive role based in Gurugram for experienced professionals only.

The Collection

Executive will manage and monitor overdue accounts, follow up with customers through calls and in-person visits, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves negotiating repayment plans, updating and maintaining collection records in internal systems, and coordinating with branches, sales teams, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

The Collection

Executive will also identify potential risks in customer portfolios, escalate chronic delinquencies,



and support legal or recovery actions when required. Adherence to ethical collection practices, customer respect, and compliance standards is essential in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of collections processes in NBFCs or banks, including recovery procedures, repayment negotiations, and delinquency management.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation, updating MIS reports, and using basic computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, collection software).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers professionally and handle conflict or objections calmly.
- Sound understanding of asset finance and consumer lending; familiarity with auto finance products is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Collection Executive or in a similar collections or recovery role, preferably within financial services.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, travel locally for field visits as needed, and meet monthly collection targets under time pressure.
- Minimum qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications in finance, banking, or credit management are beneficial.
- High level of integrity, adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards, and commitment to fair, non-discriminatory customer treatment.
