Job Purpose:

Achieve resolution, rollback, normalization targets

Optimize telecalling, field channel allocation strategies

Reduce inventory across NPA, pre-NPA buckets

Decrease fresh NPA slippages

Ensure process adherence

Share portfolio insights, credit learnings

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve recovery, resolution, rollback targets

Deploy allocation strategies, track Dedupe NPA

Reduce credit cost, collect settlement money

Manage differential follow-up, field follow-up

Highlight sensitive cases, ensure legal actions

Expedite POH inventory disposal

Groom telecalling, field channels

Review laggard agencies, facilitate training

Improve collection efficiency, track staff performance





Take disciplinary action, motivate channels

Ensure process, regulatory adherence

Manage SOM, referral allocation, timely uploading

Ensure call recording, file upkeep

Resolve escalations, record follow-up trails

Review bounce trends, monitor defaults

Provide project default feedback, asset loss inputs

Monitor cases, review possession workflows

Track SARFAESI, file money suits

File Section 25/138, issue notices
