Role Description This is a full time, on-site Cold Email Outreach Expert role based in Hyderabad. The role involves planning and executing targeted cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads for B2B clients.

Responsibilities include researching ideal customer profiles, building and segmenting prospect lists, drafting personalized email sequences, and optimizing subject lines and content for higher open and reply rates.

The Cold Email Outreach

Expert will monitor campaign performance, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate outreach records in CRM and related tools. Collaboration with marketing, sales,



and account teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging is a key part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects professionally and handle responses effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to identify target markets, decision-makers, and relevant contact information.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to build relationships, nurture leads, and support brand visibility among target audiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Writing skills to craft clear, persuasive, and tailored cold email copy.
- Experience with cold email tools, CRM platforms, and basic data analysis for campaign optimization is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or sales development is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple campaigns, and meet performance targets is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
