About the role:

We are looking for a Cognitive Science Expert to design engaging cognitive screening tasks, gamify assessments, develop intervention modules that support academic growth, and help refine and elevate our existing product.

Qualification & Experience

MA/MSc in Cognitive Science or related field.

4+ years of experience in cognitive assessment design, neurocognitive research, or game-based cognitive tasks.

Experience with digital cognitive screening platforms, EdTech, HealthTech, serious games, or behavioral assessment systems preferred.

Role Objective

Lead the design and development of scientifically validated cognitive screening and gamified assessment frameworks to measure cognitive and behavioral parameters through multimodal interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and adapt cognitive assessment paradigms covering attention, memory, processing speed, executive functioning, decision-making, cognitive flexibility, and social cognition.





Develop game-based cognitive screening tasks for children and adolescents.

Define behavioral markers, scoring methodologies, and measurable variables from gameplay interactions. Conduct research, literature reviews, and validation studies to ensure reliability, sensitivity, specificity, and age normalization.

Analyze behavioral data to identify cognitive markers and support pilot studies, usability testing, and research documentation.

Required Skills

Solid foundation in Cognitive Psychology, Neuropsychological Assessment, Experimental Design, and Psychometrics.

Experience with paradigms such as Go/No-Go, Stroop, N-Back, CPT, Trail Making, Flanker, and Wisconsin Card Sorting.

Proficiency in behavioral data analysis, cognitive scoring systems, and child cognitive profiling.

Preferred Skills

Experience in pediatric cognitive assessment and developmental psychology.

Familiarity with neurodivergent populations, adaptive learning systems, and personalized interventions. Research publications or conference presentations are a plus.
