We are in search for a Asst Manager/Manager (COE) Electrical and Electronics for a Manufacturing & Engineering organization.

Role : (COE) Electrical and Electronics

Position: Assistant Manager/ Manager

Business / Function: APB & IEB R&D;( Automotive R&D; / ECU Validation / Diagnostics)

Experience : 3 - 10 years

Qualification : Degree/Diploma(Electronics, Electrical, ETC or similar role)

Location: Chht Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Summary :

- Work on ECU/ECM and its interface with sensors, actuators and engine harness.
- Understand and troubleshoot CRDI, MPFI and gasoline fuel-injection systems.
- Work on CAN Bus, vehicle diagnostics and DTC/OBD validation.
- Validate automotive electrical components such as starter, alternator, ISG and Magneto-RR.
- Handle automotive wiring harness drawings and electrical/electronic interfaces.
- Perform/coordinate ECU calibration, testing and validation.
- Work with tools such as INCA, VISU, CANoe, CAN Analyzer and PEAK CAN.
- For the Manager level, experience in EMI/EMC testing, environmental validation and battery/charge balance is significant.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Hands on experience of CRDi And /OR MPFI.
- Should know the working principles of automotive sensors, actuators, EGR valve, ECU / ECM, Controllers interface, dashboard cluster.




- Hands on experience of ECU interface with sensors / actuators / engine harness.
- Experience of Validation of OBD calibration.
- Trouble shooting Electronic Fuel Injection system. CRDI and Gasoline Injection System.
- Experience of AIS 004 EMI EMC testing and certification.
- Hands on experience of CAN Bus, CAN Bus protocols, Peak CAN tools, Diagnostics tools.DTC (Diagnostics Trouble Code) calibration / verification / validation.
- Hands on experience of ISG, starters, Alternator and Magneto-RR Units.
- Should know Starter motor and alternator working and validation process.
- Hands on experience of Gasoline Ignition System.
- Hands on experience of Automotive wiring harness drawing.
- Hands on experience of ECU software like INCA / VISU / CANoe / CAN Analyser.
- Knowledge of Automotive environmental validations.
- Knowledge of Automotive battery and charge balance process.
- Knowledge of microcontroller and its interfacing with sensor / actuator.
- Awareness of microcontroller and its interfaces with sensors and actuators.
- Should know CAN bus protocol.
- Awareness if CRDi and MPFI fuel injection system.
- Software awareness INCA, VISU, Peak CAN, CALTERM (Added Advantage)
