We are looking for an experienced Investment Casting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities in the investment casting foundry. The role will be responsible for managing manpower, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, reducing rejection and ensuring safe and efficient operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily investment casting production activities from wax injection to shelling, dewaxing, melting, pouring, cutting, grinding and finishing.
- Plan production according to customer requirements, production schedules and available resources.
- Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance across different processes.
- Monitor wax injection parameters, wax pattern quality and assembly.
- Supervise ceramic shell-making operations, including slurry preparation, dipping, stuccoing and drying.
- Monitor casting defects such as porosity, shrinkage, inclusions, cracks, misruns, cold shuts and dimensional issues,



and coordinate corrective actions.
- Work closely with the Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room and Production Planning departments.
- Analyze rejection and rework data and implement measures to improve yield and productivity.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports and other required documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce material consumption, cycle time and production costs.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, Foundry Technology or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in investment casting / precision casting / foundry production.
- Positive knowledge of investment casting processes and common casting defects.
- Experience in handling production operators and shift-based manufacturing operations.
- Basic knowledge of quality systems, 5S, safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand casting specifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
