- Solution Preparation: Weigh, mix, and homogenize coating ingredients, binders, and solvents according to exact batch recipes.
- Parameter Monitoring: Control critical variables like spray rate, pan speed, atomizing air pressure, and inlet/exhaust temperatures to guarantee an even coating.
- In-Process Quality Checks: Measure tablet weight variations, appearance, and drying consistency before, during, and after the process.
- Cleaning and Line Clearance: Perform thorough room and equipment cleaning (CIP/manual) to prevent cross-contamination between different product batches.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to current Positive Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and report any equipment malfunctions or process deviations
