Role Description The Co-ordinator Intern will support day-to-day project and operations activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Responsibilities include assisting in organizing project tasks, maintaining documentation, and coordinating communication between internal teams such as design, development, and digital marketing. The intern will help track progress against timelines, follow up on pending items, and support reporting and status updates for ongoing client projects. The role may also involve basic data entry, scheduling meetings,



preparing simple presentations, and supporting supervisors in administrative and operational tasks.

This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to IT services and digital marketing workflows while building strong coordination and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with team members and updating supervisors.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software).
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate within a team, and maintain a professional and inclusive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn about IT services, web development, and digital marketing processes.
- Educational background in business, management, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or project experience in coordination, administration, or operations is an advantage.
