FreshPost is building a technology-driven marketplace for the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry.
We’re working toward making billboard and digital-out-of-home advertising more like an online marketplace — where advertisers can discover inventory, understand availability and audience data, book campaigns, and track performance digitally.
I’m looking for a technical co-founder to join me at the early stage and take ownership of the technology/product side of the company.
What you’ll build
- The FreshPost marketplace and web platform
- Advertiser and media-owner dashboards
- Inventory management and campaign booking systems
- Pricing, availability and payment infrastructure
- Audience/impression data systems
- APIs and integrations with digital signage platforms
- AI/computer-vision based audience measurement
- Analytics and campaign reporting
- The technical architecture and infrastructure needed to scale
Who I’m looking for
Someone who
- Is a strong full-stack/product engineer
- Can build and ship an MVP independently
- Thinks like a product builder, not just a developer
- Is comfortable making technical decisions with limited resources
- Is excited about marketplaces, advertising technology, AI/computer vision or SaaS
- Wants to build a company rather than simply take a job
- Is comfortable working in a highly early-stage setting
Experience with React/Next.js, Node/Python, PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure, APIs, computer vision/AI, payments or marketplace systems
would be valuable, but the ability to build and execute matters more than a specific tech stack. Why join?
This is an early founding opportunity , not a conventional employment role.
You would have significant ownership over the technology, product and technical direction of FreshPost and work directly with me on building the company from the ground up.
Equity/co-founder terms will be discussed based on experience, commitment and role.
