Summary Tech Generation is seeking an ambitious, operational, and strategic Co-Founder to lead and scale our newly launched International Patient Care & Assistance Platform .

Building on Tech Generation’s core foundation in BPO, CRM technology, and process execution active since 2024, this division acts as a tech-enabled concierge and logistics coordination layer for international patients traveling to India for medical treatment.

As a Co-Founder, you will take direct ownership of business development, B2B hospital partnerships, international channel marketing, and ground service operations.

Key Responsibilities1 Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

- Drive B2B tie-ups with leading Indian hospital chains, specialty clinics, and medical tourism aggregators.
- Establish partnership networks with overseas patient facilitators, insurance providers, and healthcare consultants.
- Secure commercial agreements for end-to-end non-clinical coordination packages.

1. Operational Leadership & Service Delivery

- Design and oversee ground operations covering airport assistance, hotel stay coordination, hospital transfers, and dedicated concierge teams.
- Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for 24/7 patient response, driver dispatch, and multi-language support.




- Work closely with Tech Generation’s technology team to refine the Patient Journey Dashboard and internal operations control tools.

1. Revenue & Growth

- Take complete ownership of the P&L; for the International Patient Assistance unit.
- Formulate competitive pricing packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) for individual foreign patients and B2B clients.
- Drive patient acquisition strategies and manage lead qualification via Tech Generation’s in-house BPO infrastructure.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of operational or business development experience in Medical Tourism, Hospital International Desks, Travel & Concierge, or HealthTech/Logistics startups.
- Network: Strong existing relationships with hospital international patient desks (IPDs), travel partners, or overseas facilitators.
- Founder Mindset: Proven ability to build products/services from 0 to 1, comfort with early-stage execution, and high risk-appetite.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication, stakeholder negotiation, and team-building capabilities.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Noida/NCR to coordinate ground operations and hospital relationships.

- Equity Stake: Equity grant valued at ₹3,000,000 (30 Lakhs/ INR) with a structured vesting schedule.
- Performance Incentives: Executive profit-share / performance bonuses based on quarterly revenue targets.
- Founder Rights: Co-Founder status, strategic decision-making authority, and board representation within the business division.
