The product enables users to manage projects, share files, provide feedback, track versions, and collaborate across multiple creative disciplines in a unified workspace. Designed to streamline creative workflows, Mixstems focuses on improving transparency, accountability, and creative output for up-to-date teams.

The product is led and created by Robbin, with an emphasis on building a user-centered, high-impact creative collaboration tool.

Role Description:

As a Co-Founder at Mixstems, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s vision, product direction, and go-to-market strategy. Your day-to-day work will include defining business goals, validating product-market fit, and contributing to product strategy and roadmaps. You will engage with users, conduct market and competitor research, and help refine positioning and messaging.

You will also drive early sales conversations, build partnerships, and support marketing initiatives to grow awareness and adoption. In addition,



you will help establish company culture, operational processes, and hiring priorities as the team scales.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills and research abilities to interpret data, validate assumptions, and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for internal alignment, stakeholder discussions, and external presentations.
- Experience in sales and customer development, including building relationships, handling objections, and closing early deals.
- Background in marketing, including positioning, messaging, and growth-focused initiatives in digital or product-led environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in startups, product building, or founding roles preferred.
- Ability to work hands-on across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of outcomes.
- Comfort collaborating with creative teams and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in SaaS or creative tech products is advantageous.
