Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shimla for a Co Founder cum Technical & R&D; Head. The role involves leading technical strategy, overseeing research and development initiatives, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions across projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing technical architectures, guiding prototype and product development, and ensuring quality standards and feasibility of new concepts.

The position also includes close collaboration with other co-founders on business planning, contributing to sales and marketing strategies from a technical perspective,



and representing the company in key stakeholder discussions. The role requires mentoring team members, setting R&D; priorities, monitoring project timelines, and aligning technical activities with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and research capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex problems and develop data-driven solutions.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with co-founders, cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners.

- Experience in sales and marketing, especially in positioning technical products or services and supporting business development activities.

- Proven leadership in technical and R&D; functions, including managing projects, teams, and innovation pipelines.

- Background in engineering, technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or specialized certifications in technical disciplines are an advantage.

- Demonstrated experience in startup or early-stage environments, with a willingness to take ownership and work hands-on in multiple areas.

- Ability to work on-site in Shimla and adapt to dynamic business needs and evolving project requirements.
