Role Description Co-Founder, Strategic or Silent Investment Partner – Healthcare AI

NexavateAI is seeking investors and commercially minded partners to help take our healthcare AI platform through its next stage of growth.

This is not a conventional salaried vacancy.

We have already developed the product, assembled a capable team and established the foundations of the business. We are now seeking investment to bring the solution fully to market, accelerate customer adoption and scale the company.

We are open to two types of investment partner:

Active Co-Founder or Strategic Investment Partner An experienced entrepreneur, investor or senior business leader who wishes to work alongside the founders and leadership team by:

- Supporting the commercial launch and expansion of NexavateAI
- Helping shape the business, funding and go-to-market strategy
- Introducing potential customers,



healthcare partners and investors
- Contributing commercial experience, industry knowledge and connections
- Providing an agreed level of investment to support market entry and growth

Silent or Passive Investment Partner

We also welcome discussions with investors who believe in the potential of healthcare AI but do not wish to take an active operational role.

A silent investment partner would provide capital to support NexavateAI's launch and growth while leaving day-to-day management and execution to the existing leadership and operational team. Formal investment documentation would establish appropriate reporting and shareholder protections.

What We Offer

Equity participation and investment terms will be agreed according to the level of investment and, where applicable, the investor’s strategic contribution and ongoing involvement.

Full details—including a product demonstration, business model, investment requirement, proposed use of funds and equity structure—will be shared with suitable parties following an initial discussion and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement.
