About Grownetic Media

Grownetic Media is a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses, coaches, consultants, creators and local businesses grow through performance marketing, content, funnels and digital strategies.

We are looking for a Co-Founder / Head of Operations based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, who can take complete ownership of the agency's operations, client delivery and execution.

This is not a conventional job role. We are looking for someone who wants to build and grow the agency with us and take serious ownership of the operations side of the business.

The Role

As the Co-Founder / Head of Operations, you will be responsible for turning client requirements and business strategies into successful execution.

The founder will primarily focus on Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation and bringing new clients, while you will take ownership of Operations, Delivery, Team Coordination and Marketing Execution.

You will be expected to understand the complete digital marketing ecosystem and manage or coordinate different functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the agency

- Lead client onboarding and project execution
- Develop digital marketing strategies for clients
- Manage and oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Plan and manage social media marketing
- Oversee SEO strategies and execution
- Build and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages
- Understand content strategy and content distribution
- Understand video editing and graphic design principles
- Coordinate with freelancers, editors, designers and other team members




- Maintain quality control across client deliverables
- Explore and implement AI tools and automation in agency operations
- Create SOPs and systems to improve operational efficiency
- Track campaign and client performance
- Communicate with clients regarding execution and delivery
- Identify problems and take ownership of solving them
- Continuously improve the agency's systems, processes and service delivery
