About PropertyOTP

PropertyOTP is building a privacy-first real estate marketplace designed to fundamentally improve how buyers, sellers, brokers and developers connect.

We are now entering our next phase: moving from building the platform to scaling the network, expanding across markets, strengthening institutional relationships and building the foundations for a large, enduring real estate technology company.

We are looking for a third Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer to join the founding team and play a central role in shaping this next chapter.

This is not a conventional CXO position. We are looking for someone who wants genuine founder-level ownership, is comfortable operating in ambiguity, and wants to build alongside the existing founders rather than simply advise the company.

The Role

As Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, you will primarily lead the company's:

- Capital Strategy & Strategic Finance
- Institutional & Investor Relationships
- Corporate Strategy & Development
- Strategic Partnerships
- Long-term Fundraising Strategy
- Financial & Commercial Planning
- Institutional expansion and strategic market relationships

You will work closely with the CEO and President to determine where PropertyOTP should go next, how we should allocate capital, which strategic relationships we should build, and how we position the company for its next stage of growth.

The role will involve working directly with investors, family offices, HNIs, financial institutions, strategic corporates, technology companies, developers and other institutional stakeholders.

What You Will Do

- Develop and execute PropertyOTP's long-term capital and corporate strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, family offices, HNIs,



financial institutions and strategic partners.
- Support fundraising strategy, investor positioning, financial modelling and institutional communications.
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, corporate development opportunities and potential new business lines.
- Develop frameworks for capital allocation, unit economics, financial planning and long-term value creation.
- Help evaluate new markets, products and strategic opportunities as PropertyOTP scales.
- Represent PropertyOTP in conversations with investors, institutions and senior strategic stakeholders.
- Work closely with the CEO and President on major company-level decisions.
- Help build the institutional infrastructure required to transition PropertyOTP from an early-stage startup into a scaled technology company.
- Bring a strong external perspective, network and strategic discipline to the founding team.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an exceptional operator with a combination of financial sophistication, strategic thinking, institutional relationships and entrepreneurial mindset.

Ideal experience includes

- MBA from a leading global institution — Ivy League or comparable
- Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting or a related field
- Strong understanding of transactions, capital markets,



financial modelling and strategic finance
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, investors or institutional stakeholders
- A meaningful skilled network across investors, family offices, HNIs, financial institutions or strategic businesses
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in real estate, technology, consumer businesses, marketplaces or financial services would be valuable
- International exposure is a plus
