Role Description As a Co-Founder at Awaan Vlog, you will play a key role in shaping the platform’s product vision, growth strategy, and creator ecosystem in a full time remote capacity. You will collaborate on defining the business model, prioritizing features, and setting long-term goals aligned with the mission of empowering writers and readers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, refining the value proposition, and working with any product, design, or technical partners to improve the creator and reader experience.

You will help build and manage partnerships with creators, literary communities,



and other stakeholders, while driving marketing and sales initiatives to grow platform adoption and engagement. The Co-Founder will also be involved in operational decision-making, fundraising efforts if applicable, and building a culture centered on inclusivity, creativity, and ethical storytelling.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions about product, growth, and operations.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, creators, partners, and prospective investors.
- Sales skills and comfort with outreach, relationship-building, and developing partnerships that expand the creator and reader community.
- Marketing skills, including experience with digital marketing, audience growth, and brand positioning for online platforms.
- Research skills for understanding creator needs, market trends, and community dynamics in publishing and creator-focused platforms.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in writing, blogging, content platforms, or creative industries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively in an early-stage environment.
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed setup with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Previous startup, product, or community-building experience is an advantage but not required.
