1. Performing Arts Programme Development Develop and implement a structured Dance, Music and Drama curriculum/programme for different age groups.

Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, confidence and self-expression.

Integrate Indian and global performing arts into the school’s co-curricular programme.

Introduce students to different forms of dance, music, theatre and performance.

- Develop an annual performing-arts calendar aligned with the school’s academic calendar.

- Dance Programme Plan and conduct dance sessions across appropriate age groups.

Introduce students to Indian classical, folk, contemporary and other age-appropriate dance forms.

Prepare students for school performances, celebrations and competitions.

Identify students with particular interest or talent in dance and provide opportunities for further development.

- Music Programme Plan and oversee vocal and instrumental music activities.

Encourage students to explore singing, rhythm, musical instruments and basic music appreciation.

Develop school choirs,



musical groups and performance teams where appropriate.

Coordinate music performances for assemblies, celebrations and school events.

- Encourage exposure to both Indian and international music traditions.

Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre, Education or a related discipline preferred.

Relevant qualified certification or formal training in Dance, Music and/or Drama will be an advantage.

3–7 years of relevant experience in schools, performing-arts institutions, academies or educational organisations preferred.

Prior experience leading performing-arts programmes or a team will be an advantage.

Experience working with children, preferably across multiple age groups.

Experience in planning and managing school performances/events.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
