We are hiring VMC Operator/Programmer & CNC Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a reputed organization based in Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra.

Position: VMC Operator / Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

- VMC programming & editing using FANUC / HAAS
- Job setup, fixture alignment, tool offset & work offset setting
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings & GD&T;
- Selection of milling tools, cutters, inserts & machining parameters
- In-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer & Height Gauge
- Maintain 5S, machine upkeep and production documentation
- Hands-on VMC operation with good understanding of G-code

Position: CNC Engineer Turning

Key Responsibilities:

- CNC turning machine operation and on-machine programming
- Machine setup, tooling and jaw selection
- Hands-on experience with FANUC CNC control
- Tool offset setting and engineering drawing interpretation
- In-process quality checks using Vernier,



Micrometer & Bore Gauge
- Basic CNC machine maintenance
- Knowledge of SPC basics and quality inspection
- Focus on productivity, quality improvement and scrap reduction
- Willingness to work in shifts

Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Mechanical, Production or related field preferred
- Hands-on experience in VMC / CNC Turning
- Good knowledge of CNC programming, setup and tooling
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments
- Quality-oriented and production-focused approach
- Candidates who can commute to Mira Bhayandar preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
