- Machine Setup: Install work-holding devices, chucks, jaws, and cutting tools on CNC turning lathes.

- Offsets & Proving: Set precise tool offsets, work offsets, and run first-piece trial tests to validate part dimensions.

- Drawing Interpretation: Read and analyze engineering blueprints, technical designs, and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

- Quality Inspection: Inspect first-off and finished parts using precision tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.

- Process Adjustment: Monitor cutting parameters, feed rates, and tool wear, making real-time offset corrections to maintain accuracy.
