We are looking for a skilled CNC Supervisor to manage CNC machining operations, production execution, workforce management, and quality compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal machine performance, productivity improvement, and adherence to manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise CNC machining operations and ensure achievement of production targets.

- Manage operators and allocate work efficiently.

- Monitor production schedules and workflow.

- Ensure quality standards are met and reduce production rejections.

- Troubleshoot machining issues and coordinate corrective actions.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.

- Ensure optimum machine utilization and cycle time improvement.





- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine upkeep.

- Maintain safety standards on the shop floor.

- Generate daily production and performance reports.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of CNC machining operations.

- Experience in production planning and manpower management.

- Understanding of machining parameters and quality requirements.

- Knowledge of productivity improvement methods.

- Familiarity with safety and quality standards.

- Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
