Key Responsibilities

- Set and operate CNC turning/machining centers as per production requirements.

- Prepare, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code/M-code.

- Set machine parameters, work offsets, tool offsets, and cutting conditions.

- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and fixtures.

- Perform machine setup and ensure proper tool alignment.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets.

- Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process inspection.

- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, and gauges.

- Troubleshoot machining and programming-related issues.

- Optimize cycle time, tool life, and machining parameters.

- Ensure components are produced within specified dimensional and quality requirements.

- Maintain production records, tool records, and setup documentation.

- Follow safety procedures and 5S standards.





- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of CNC machine setting and programming.

- Good knowledge of G-code and M-code.

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of CNC turning / VMC / HMC machines.

- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, tooling, and machining parameters.

- Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.

- Basic understanding of GD&T.;

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
