Job Responsibilities

- Set and operate CNC Turning / VMC machines as per production requirements.

- Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.

- Perform machine setting, tool setting, and tool offset corrections.

- Load and unload components and ensure proper clamping and alignment.

- Check component dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.

- Monitor machining operations and maintain required quality and productivity.

- Identify and correct basic machining and dimensional issues.

- Perform tool changes and adjust cutting parameters when required.

- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety procedures.

- Record production and inspection details as required.

- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to achieve daily targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
