We are looking for Service Engineers with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CNC Machine Tools, particularly in installation, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience in CNC machine installation and commissioning is essential.

Candidates with experience as Field Service Engineers / Service Engineers in the Machine Tool industry will be preferred.

The candidate should be willing to travel extensively and work at customer sites across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, alignment and levelling of CNC machines.
- Perform static geometry and machine accuracy checks.
- Service, maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and CNC-related issues.
- Read and understand electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams.
- Identify faults using PLC programs and machine electrical circuits.
- Attend customer breakdowns and service requirements.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and machine servicing.
- Prepare service reports and provide technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely resolution of technical issues.
- Train and support junior technicians/engineers when required.

Machine Experience Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- VMC – Vertical Machining Centre
- HMC – Horizontal Machining Centre
- Surface Grinders
- Internal Grinders
- OD Grinders
- Other CNC Machine Tools

Technical Skills
- Robust knowledge of CNC machine installation, levelling, alignment and static geometry.




- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of CNC controllers such as FANUC, SIEMENS and HEIDENHAIN.
- Basic knowledge of PLC programs and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of ISO codes / G-code programming.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.

Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in CNC Machine Tools.
- Installation and commissioning experience is essential.
- Experience in the Machine Tool / CNC Service industry will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in a field-based, travelling role.
- Comfortable working independently at customer locations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong practical and problem-solving approach.

Qualification Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Diploma Engineers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,012.52 per month
