Dharwad

- Create and modify CNC programs based on drawings and 3D models.

- Generate G-code/M-code and toolpaths using CAM software.

- Select proper cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.

- Set and optimize programs to improve quality, cycle time, and tool life.

- Check toolpaths through simulation and avoid machining errors/collisions.

- Coordinate with CNC Operators, Tool Room, Production, and Quality teams.

- Troubleshoot programming and machining-related problems.

- Maintain CNC program records and revision details.

- Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish.

- Follow 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards.
