About Maya Joinery

Maya Joinery works in interior projects and custom furniture manufacturing. We design and manufacture customised furniture components, CNC jali and partitions, wooden wall panels, decorative elements, and other made-to-order interior products for residential and commercial projects. We also undertake selected interior execution work, including painting, wall finishes, false-ceiling and partition work.

This role will handle ArtCAM design, CNC router operation, toolpath preparation, CNC carving/cutting and related woodwork-manufacturing activities at our Dhunela, Gurgaon workshop.

Role & Responsibilities

- Create and edit 2D designs in ArtCAM for CNC cutting.
- Prepare toolpaths for profile cutting, pocketing, engraving and carving.
- Create and edit 2D designs and basic 3D reliefs from approved images or references.
- Work with bitmap, vector, STL and 3D files as required.
- Operate the CNC router for MDF, HDHMR, wood, Ply, PVC and acrylic.
- Select suitable bits and set RPM, feed rate, plunge rate and cutting depth.
- Set job zero, secure sheets, run a dry test and check the first piece before production.
- Check cutting quality and solve issues such as burning, chipping, bit breakage or part movement.
- Maintain clean job files, bits, CNC work area and dust-collection practices.




- Support CNC carving/cutting and other related woodwork-manufacturing activities.
- Perform daily CNC cleaning and safety checks.
- Make design changes as per approved client requirements.
- Assist with packaging, dispatch and delivery coordination when required.

Required Skills
- ArtCAM knowledge is compulsory.
- CNC-router operating experience is preferred.
- Freshers with ArtCAM/CNC-router course training and practical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic Computer, MS Excel, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW or other CAD/CAM knowledge is an advantage.
- Must be careful, responsible and willing to learn.

Job Location
- Dhunela, Berka Road, Sohna, Gurugram.
- Factory accommodation is available; candidates able to stay at the factory or arrange nearby accommodation will be preferred.
- This is a full-time, in office factory role.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,384.86 - ₹24,832.68 per month
