Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.

- Load and unload materials onto the CNC machine.

- Set up tools, fixtures and materials before starting production.

- Read and understand basic technical drawings, measurements and job specifications.

- Run CNC programs and monitor machine operations.

- Check dimensions and quality of finished components.

- Identify machining defects and make necessary corrections.

- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.

- Ensure correct tools, materials and programs are used for each job.

- Maintain production quality and minimize material wastage.

- Follow production schedules and complete assigned jobs within the required time.

- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.

- Report machine breakdowns, tool damage or production issues to the supervisor.

- Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.

- Coordinate with production, design and fabrication teams when required.

- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.





Required Skills

- Knowledge of CNC machine operation.

- Basic understanding of CNC programs and machine settings.

- Ability to read measurements and technical drawings.

- Knowledge of cutting tools and machine operations.

- Positive attention to detail and quality.

- Ability to identify basic machine or production problems.

- Ability to follow safety procedures.

- Ability to work in a production environment.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in CNC, Mechanical, Production or related field preferred.

- Experience operating CNC machines is preferred.

- Freshers with relevant technical training may also be considered.

- Experience in modular furniture, woodworking CNC, manufacturing or fabrication will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
