- Set up and operate CNC turning centers to produce parts to specification

- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders

- Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices

- Enter or edit CNC programs (G-code) as needed for job-specific requirements

- Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments to verify dimensional accuracy

- Monitor machine operation during cycles, making adjustments to speed, feed, and depth of cut as needed

- Identify and troubleshoot issues such as tool wear, vibration, or dimensional drift

- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized (5S standards)

- Complete production and quality documentation (inspection logs, scrap reports, etc.)

- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE

- Collaborate with quality control and engineering to resolve part discrepancie

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
