Role Description This is a full-time, in office CNC Maintenance Technician role based in Bengaluru. The CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines and related production equipment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and ensuring minimal machine downtime. The role involves documenting maintenance activities, coordinating with production teams to plan service windows, and escalating complex issues when needed. The technician will also support continuous improvement initiatives,



follow safety and compliance standards, and help maintain spare parts and tool inventory.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for CNC machinery and related systems.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on CNC equipment.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance planning, execution, and documentation to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Hands-on capability in Maintenance & Repair, including part replacement, alignment, calibration, and testing.
- Experience with CNC controls and drives (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, respond to urgent maintenance calls, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
