Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Handle CNC machines such as DMG Mori, Doosan, Mazak, Haas, and similar machines.
- Diagnose CNC controller, servo, spindle, drive, and sensor-related issues.
- Perform machine installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance activities.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, and machine manuals.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth machine operation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PLC, servo drives, VFDs, sensors, motors, and control panels.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
