Main Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines according to production drawings and instructions.

- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

- Set machine parameters, tools, and work offsets as required.

- Monitor the machining process and make basic adjustments.

- Check finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

- Maintain required quality and dimensional accuracy.

- Identify machine or production problems and report them to supervisors.

- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic machine maintenance.

- Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules.

- Maintain production records and ensure proper housekeeping.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.

- Ability to read engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of basic measurements and tolerances.

- Familiarity with measuring instruments.

- Valuable attention to detail and safety awareness.

- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
