Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines for cutting, drilling, routing, grooving, and machining of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, WPC and other interior furniture materials.

- Read and understand 2D drawings, CNC files, cutting layouts and production drawings.

- Set up the CNC machine, tools, cutting parameters and workpieces as required.

- Load and unload materials safely and correctly.

- Check dimensions and machining accuracy using measuring tools.

- Ensure all components are produced according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Identify and report machine errors, tool wear, material defects and production issues.

- Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance and tool replacement.

- Coordinate with the Production, Design and Quality Control teams to complete production as per schedule.

- Minimize material wastage and maintain proper utilization of sheets.

- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Maintain daily production records and report completed quantities to the supervisor.





- Ensure proper labeling and identification of finished components before moving them to the next production stage.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of CNC machine operation in modular furniture/interior manufacturing.

- Ability to understand technical and production drawings.

- Knowledge of CNC cutting, drilling, routing and grooving operations.

- Basic knowledge of CNC software and machine control systems.

- Good measurement and quality-checking skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Willingness to work according to production schedules and deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification in CNC, Mechanical, Furniture Manufacturing or a related field.

- Previous experience in modular furniture or interior manufacturing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
