We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator & Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in KTCNC / Nanjing Kaitong CNC controllers.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling CNC machine operation, machine setting, CNC programming, program editing, tool offsets, macro programming, axis offsets, cycle processing and production troubleshooting.
Candidates with proven experience working specifically on KTCNC / Nanjing Kaitong CNC controllers will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set CNC machines independently.
- Create, edit and modify CNC programs as required for production.
- Work confidently with KTCNC / Nanjing Kaitong CNC controllers.
- Develop and edit programs using G-code and M-code.
- Handle macro programming and macro-based machining operations.
- Perform tool selection, tool setting and tool offset adjustments.
- Set and manage work offsets and axis offsets.
- Handle cycle processing and optimize machining cycles where required.
- Set machine zero/reference positions and verify program accuracy.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining dimensions.
- Perform first-piece inspection and make necessary program/offset corrections.
- Identify and troubleshoot machining, programming and operational issues.
- Maintain production quality,
accuracy and machine efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
Mandatory / Highly Preferred:
- 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
- Practical experience with KTCNC / Nanjing Kaitong CNC controller.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine setting.
- Excellent knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Practical knowledge of macro programming.
- Experience with axis/work offsets and tool offsets.
- Strong understanding of CNC tooling and tool selection.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot CNC machining/programming issues.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand machining dimensions.
- Good knowledge of CNC production processes.
Candidates must have actual hands-on experience with KTCNC / Nanjing Kaitong controllers to be considered for this specific requirement. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
