Azoth Industries Pvt Ltd is hiring a CO2 Laser Operator for our manufacturing unit in Bindapur Village, New Delhi. We produce MDF cutouts, acrylic products, and laser-engraved items sold across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own store.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CO2 laser cutting/engraving machines for MDF, acrylic, and wood
- Set up machine parameters (power, speed, focus) based on material and design specs
- Load design files (DXF/CDR/AI) and adjust cutting layouts to minimize material wastage
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning (lens, mirrors, rails)
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Troubleshoot minor machine faults and report major issues to maintenance
- Maintain production logs and daily output records
- Follow safety protocols (ventilation, fire safety, PPE)
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating CO2/laser cutting machines (min. 6 months–1 year preferred)
- Basic familiarity with design software (CorelDRAW/AutoCAD) for loading/adjusting files
- Attention to detail and consistency in repetitive production work
- Willingness to work in-person at our Bindapur, New Delhi facility
